Wedding Policy (Film)

• $1,200 Minimum applies toward the bride and grooms order and any additional orders.
• A $700 deposit books the date/time of your wedding. The deposit is applied toward the Traditional Package. Additional payments of $400 are expected the day of the wedding, the day selection prints are delivered ($400). The cost of any additional prints ordered are due when picked up.
• Family and friends balance is due when the prints are ordered.
• Originals are expected to be returned within 30 days. If they are not returned on time you will be billed for each original at $12 each plus $150 for the album.

Wedding Policy (Digital)

• $600 Minimum applies toward the bride and grooms order.
• A $300 deposit books the date/time of your wedding. The deposit is applied toward the Bronze Package. Additional payment of $300 is expected the day of the wedding. The cost of any additional prints ordered ordered for the Bride and Groom is due when picked up.
• Family and friends balance is due when the prints are ordered.

Reservations:
A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required at the time the reservation is made. This locks in the date and time of your event.

Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation by the wedding party, written notification must be received 90 days prior to the event to qualify for a partial refund. dotCaum Photography will retain the 50% deposit and refund the balance of the contract. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is received less than 90 days before the event.

Portrait Policy

• Sitting fee due at the time of the photo session.
• 50% of all orders are paid up front.
• Full balance due when the portraits are picked up.
• Selection prints must be returned to order.
• All selection prints are part of your package and will be returned upon final payment.
